1. Open Cydia
2. Go to Mange-Sources and add the source http://thebigboss.org/semitether
3. After the source is added, go to Search and search for Semi-Tether
4. Download Semi-Tether
5. Now your device is now semi-tethered. Everytime your device goes into tethered, it will be semi-tethered.
