How to Be Happy: Monday Blues

By Yougottabegorgeousx @yougottabgorgex

So today it's Monday. And we all know what that means. Everyone is just feeling a little crap. And I don't really know why but I end up feeling rubbish on Mondays and so does everyone I know.
How to be Happy: Monday Blues
.Before Monday it was Sunday, and before Sunday it was Saturday. And we all know how great those two days are. So Monday just means that the two days we get off are over and we have to go back to work.It is the longest time you have to wait before you get to go back to bliss [weekend :)]
How to be Happy: Monday Blues
Here is how to beat the Monday Blues:
First you have to understand what the problem is, so for me it the fact that I have to get up and go to school. The next thing to do is do as much as possible on Friday, before the weekend, so when you end up having to go to work you don't have quite as much to worry about.
Next write a list of all the things you want to do/are going to do in the week you have too look forward too.For me this would be going to the cinema and going to a summer fair, doing this helps you put things into perspective and makes you realize that you do have good things to look forward too.
You also want to get loads of sleep and when you wake up do something really good for you. This could go from just having a nice refreshing shower and using a hair mask, too going for a run to wake you up. Things like this put you in a good mood for the day, and therefore the rest of the week.
Another thing is to just dress yourself up and spend time on your hair and make up and make an effort. It seems like such a little thing but if you feel good within yourself then you are likely to radiate that positive energy.
One more thing about Monday is that it is the perfect day to start fresh. If you have had a bad week or just fancy a change take this opportunity to recreate yourself, or just do something you don't usually have the balls to do. Enjoy yourself and smile.
