Hi Light Fam,
What's up!! Today is really important day for me and a daring one too!
I have decided to put this "intention" out in public that 
"I have achieved my body goals and continue to stay fit and glowing or better with highest good of everyone involved."

This week I am going to practice 10 minutes of Zumba and 8 exercises for abs, along with 5 #SuryaNamaskar in the morning.

  •  30 Crunches
  • 30 Bicycle Crunches
  • 30 High Knees
  • 25 Leg Raises
  • 15 Burpees
  • 30 Mountain Climbers
  • 25 Jumping Jacks
  • 10 Pushups
  • 1 Min Plank

 3. Surya Namskar
 There are many videos available online, but I have been following this video since beginning. It is because I complete all 12 postures of Surya Namaskar 5 times or you can say I complete Surya Namaskar 5 times. 


But if you are new to Surya Namaskar then this video will help you follow and learn all 12 Asanas without any problems.
