Thanks to blogging,I am getting to know new recipes, new dishes and many many new terms through this virtual world :). All these days for me breakfast means idly/dosai etc or I have seen people going fancy to a certain extent and eat cornflakes with milk (though I never liked it).But then I never knew what a muesli or granola meant and on fine day I sw recipes for granola and museli here and there in few websites and also books(Femina). By now I was all game to try this,so when I went to shopping I just picked a pack of ready made granola and saw the ingredients. It was very simple and I thought I could replicate it easily and I was not wrong.I followed the recipe from magazine as baseline and added ingredients according to our liking and finally the magic ingredient that makes any thing tasty-NUTELLA :) This granola was so tasty and crunchy that I was not able o sop munching, however I can't have any sweets for breakfast so I just kept on munching this as snacks when ever I felt like. The batch I made lasted for mere 2 days.Try this recipe if you are yet to try granola at home,so simple I say :)
