Hey Loves,It’s that time of year again, the time of year for glitter, shine and sparkle! I mean, who doesn’t love those three little words? It’s surprising to think this, but some of us don’t. I prefer a little sparkle in my life. I don’t want to look as if a glitter fairy threw up on me, to be honest. I know some you must agree. It’s easy to add that sizzle to your holiday wardrobe but not so easy to add it to your beauty look, hair and makeup included! Finding the perfect accent to your beauty look this holiday season, can take your look from simple to glam in a just a swipe (literally). Here are some fun and easy ways to add that enchanting holiday touch to your beauty look!
Red Lips: I am not talking about your basic sexy matte red lip. I am talking about a sparkly RED lip! I am loving OCC’s “Role Play and Limecrime’s Carousel Gloss in “Cherry On Top”. Both give you that beautiful red lip with the hidden glitz. The pigmentation in these products are amazing and will not disappoint! Pairing your glitzy lip with a simple winged eye will make anyone look chic this holiday season without looking overdone.
Glitter Liner: I live by my black winged eyeliner. I always call it my signature look. Around the holiday times, I like to use NYX’s Liquid Crystal liners as an added bonus to my eye look. With just a swipe, you take your everyday cat eye to a glam look.
Pins with Accent:I love to use bobby pins that have a funky touch to it. Pick up a pack of glitzy hair pins and before you step out for that holiday party, slip one in your locks. Instant GLAM! My mom picked these pink ones up at Payless!
Glitter Nails:This is pretty much a given around the holiday times and for me, all year round. But, if you’re into the shine- this is the perfect time to try it out. Start by doing one finger or my favorite, the glitter ombre! I love this kit from Kiss. So easy to use!
Headbands: Up do’s are the thing. Don’t you agree? Adding a gold headband or something a little "fancy" can spice up that up do in a cinch!

Faux Lashes: This is obviously not for everyone. I personally started venturing into the lashes just about a year ago. I love the look faux lashes give you. It’s perfect for a holiday dinner date or company party. Keep in mind, faux lashes are suppose to enhance your natural lashes. My favorites are #82 from Red Cherry.
