Flanked with the Tibetan plateaus to its east, Jammu and Kashmir to its north and the Punjab to its west is the beautiful and plush state of Himachal Pradesh. During the winter months, however the weather in Himachal Pradesh could be anywhere between 14 degrees Celsius to 21 degrees Celsius.
