I am pretty proud of myself. I went to the gym today and did 30 minutes of cardio and some weight lifting. I am not going to lie though, I hate exercising. It feels like punishment for doing something I absolutely love, eating! I am making a goal to hit the gym whenever we have one while on the road. I think I can stick to this plan, but if I can’t, I can always do things that I love to make up for it. Hike, bike, run, jump, and play!

This is me hiking in King’s Canyon in California. I love the outdoors. I might kick up a fuss to hit the gym, but I will never turn down a scenic hike. You just can’t complain while inhaling all of that fresh mountain air.

I have heart-breaking news. I never learned to ride a bike as a child. Then, as an adult, I was afraid to look foolish falling on my butt. Last summer, we rented some bikes and I conquered my fear. When you put your mind to something, you can accomplish just about anything. Don’t ever give up on your dreams. No matter how big or small they might be.

There are no photos of me running. This is a good thing. I run like a drunken moose. One day (soon) I will be fit enough to run like a regular moose. I will get there and I will also continue to hit the gym. Then I will be famous and I will be able to run from the papparazi and there will be photos of me running
