Hey, Big Tipper!

Are you a big tipper? Do you drop 18-20% on every meal, service? Does the percentage change when you're in a different country? Or, are you as confused as I am when it comes to tipping? Part of me shares a similar perspective as Dick ... (if you haven't watched this video before, you'll enjoy it)... He has a point. 

On the other hand, there are knowledgeable and lovely servers who deserve every dollar. Thankfully, it's rare to come across rude and snobby ones that have an unnecessary chip on their shoulder.  I'll admit that Hungry Husband is far more generous than I am and can easily shell out the 18-20%. Personally, I stick to 10-15%. Call me cheap but I'm in the median. Thanks to this very handy Tipping Etiquette chart, you can see what the average is for countries around the world. In some countries, the tip is included in the bill so you have to keep an eye open. 
 
And here is a great find - a built-in iPhone charger. What a great idea for travel. You'll never have to worry about bringing a charger with you and always have power to read my blog and get my daily posts and handy tips (ha ha).
