– Try avoiding red meat, processed food, and sugar. Food without fiber can also cause a bad smell.
So, eat greens, fresh fruits, veggies and herbs like rosemary, oregano or parsley.

Lemon juice instead of deodorant
– Lemon juice can stop the growth of microorganisms, but if you use too much of it, it can cause burns or redness.
