There is this thing known as reflexology? It helps to determine the pressure points in the borders of your palm to relief pain. Certain points on the palm are connected to certain parts in the body that are causing pain.
Press a specific point on your thumb for 5 seconds, release the pressure for 3 seconds and repeat pressing again. After few minutes you will get results in relieving pain. You need to repeat this procedure for several times a day to get the best results.
