It is known that smokers have chronic lung problems. The  harmful effects of smoking worsen the health of the whole organism and especially the lungs.

However, many non smokers have lung problems as well. Why don’t you try this excellent natural way in which you can cleanse  lungs in just three days?

Two days before starting this treatment, stop consuming dairy products. In the evening before the first day of the treatment, drink a cup of herbal tea before bed.

Herbal teas are  excellent and quite helpful in getting rid of toxins.
Note that the lungs should not be overloaded during the detoxification.
PROCEDURE:

Squeeze two lemons and add 300 ml of water. Drink this juice before breakfast.

Then, after breakfast drink 300 ml of fresh citrus juice or pineapple. These juices contain natural antioxidants that are very important for the health of the lungs.

Between breakfast and lunch, drink 300 ml of freshly squeezed carrot juice. The juice is excellent for your blood.

Prepare a fresh juice( in a juicier) using following ingredients:

  • 350g parsnips
  • 350 g green pepper
  • 200 g watercress
  • 350 g cucumber

During dinner drink 400 ml of the freshly prepared juice( which is rich in potassium). Potassium is the key elements for the cleaning of the lungs.

Also at bedtime should drink about 400 ml of cranberry juice.

During these three days, except juices you should be doing cardio exercise and have enough sleep. To enhance the effect of detoxification you can take long showers or  hot baths.

Perhaps at first glance this seem complicated and hard, but believe that your lungs will thank you, and after treatment you will feel excellently.
