Last week I was lucky enough to have been sent one of Herbalife's new 'Festive Survival Kits' to try -  celebrating the release of their new seasonal 'Vanilla Spice Shake'. When it arrived, I was literally so excited as it came in a big red box tied with green ribbon (check out my Instagram if you want to see)  It was like Christmas had come early! :) I had a lovely surprise as well when I opened it up and it was full of these special little goodies!
Red glittery nail polish, scented candle, a little skincare boost and CD of Christmas songs - what more could you possibly need? I thought it was such a cute idea and was even happier that it meant me getting to try a couple of new brands that I'd had no experience with previously - the Deborah Lippmann "Do Ya Think I'm Sexy?" polish is beautiful and the perfect shade for this time of year! And I am also equally impressed with Herbalife's Daily Skin Booster Gel-Cream as having used it for just a couple of days I can already see that it's making a positive difference to my skin - making it feel super soft and smooth. I may do a more in depth review after I've spent a bit more time using it.
The shake itself is intended to be consumed either once or twice a day as a 'meal replacement', helping you to manage your weight more easily. If you'd like to read more about what it contains and it's supposed benefits, then you can do so here. I'm actually quite looking forward to giving it a go as I've not tried anything like this when it comes to weight loss previously. Having lost a few pounds recently though, my aim now is to shed a few more but is primarily just to tone up and maintain a much healthier lifestyle, so this sounds quite promising!
We shall see - I promise to keep you all updated with my progress! :)Herbalife - Festive Survival Kit
