Happy Planksgiving 20 Minute Workout

Howdy Everyone!
I hope everyone's Thanksgiving is off to a great start! Today, is the first official day of the Happy Healthy Holidays Challenge! If you are popping in for the first time, we are committing to working out 3x's a week and walking 10,000 steps a day from Thanksgiving to New Years! If you missed this week's workouts, you can check them out here. Yesterday, I also shared 13 sneaky ways to fit in 10,000 steps, so if that seems a little intimidating, have no fear. We are excited to have you on board!
I am just popping in to share a quick PLANKSgiving workout. This workout requires zero equipment, can be done in a small space (aka a hotel room or guest bedroom), and only takes 20 minutes. Get your sweat on and rev up your metabolism before you dive into your Thanksgiving feast!
