Thank you so much for this opportunity! I thought I’d talk about the five items that never leave my handbag. The day-to-day products that never disappoint. Bad skin day? These guys have your back. Feeling tired/hungover/stressed? These products can make your teeth whiter, eyes brighter and give your complexion a boost..
*Guest Post* - Tijan Serena's Top 5Phyto 7 Hydrating day cream
Since using this little wonder it literally has not left my handbag. It fixes any and every hair problem from dry ends to static, I love smoothing a pea-sized amount into the palm of my hand and running it through my ends mid-afternoon to refresh my tired locks and banish any frizz.
Maybelline 24 hour Colour Tattoo in On and On the Bronze
This works as both a primer and an eyeshadow. It literally doesn’t budge and leaves a natural pale bronze tone that suits almost every skin tone. I adore smudging a little all over my lids to instantly wake up sleepy eyes. Perfect for day and night. Quite literally my must have shadow and a steal at under £5!
Lipstick Queen- Medieval
This lipstick is a little like magic. In the bullet it looks like a deep ruby, however on the lips it is a sheer ‘just eaten half a punnet of strawberries’ shade. It makes teeth look instantly whiter and the Vitamin E soothes and hydrates your pout at the same time. My go-to lip product when I’m feeling a little ‘meh’ and want to distract from sleepy eyes as a result from one too many all nighters writing essays…
Chanel Les Beiges Healthy Glow Powder
I can’t remember life before this powder. Honestly! It instantly wakes up a sallow complexion, mattifies an oily t-zone and smells divine. The compact itself is reason alone to buy it with it’s creamy exterior and it slips easily into an evening clutch or make up bag. The little brush that comes with it is incredibly soft and ideal for touch ups, however I prefer to use a kabuki brush to buff it into my skin after my tinted moisturizer to give an airbrushed finish.
Chantecaille Just Skin Tinted Moisturiser SPF 15
Although eye-wateringly expensive, one tube of this lasts me a whole year. You hardly need any product for a whole face of dewy gorgeousness and it leaves a lovely light to medium coverage, so that it looks like you have hardly anything on at all (just naturally glowing and gleaming skin!).It moisturises and protects you from free radicals and pollution. The shade glow suits my olive complexion perfectly and this is my go-to for when my skin needs a little TLC.
So there you have it, my five pick-me-up products that I can’t be without. For smoother hair, clearer skin, brighter eyes and whiter teeth. Have a lovely Sunday!
