France and Atletico Madrid forward, Antoine Griezmann, has revealed to the world where he wishes to play last before retiring.
Griezmann was speaking in an ESPN FC interview when he said he would like to retire in the American Major League Soccer, MLS.
The Frenchman went on to speak highly of the American culture and the influence the nation has had on him, alongside his fondness for basketball.
“I want to play in MLS, I'd like to finish my career there,” Griezmann told an interview with ESPN FC.
“They have a different mindset, I love the NBA and the show business aspect of it. I also love American football, and I love (the country) because no one (recognises) me when I'm there.”
Griezmann also spoke about his ‘The Decision’ documentary, which was based on what Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James did back in 2009.
“(It was) not because he did it, (but because) I wanted to do it as well,” Griezmann added in the interview.
“I saw what he did because I like to know how things are made, how decisions are made and how they go through that process.”
