I don't see how you can view this short video illustrating the obesity epidemic in the U.S. and not want to change something. Yes, I recently reviewed a book called The Great Fat Fraud but really the point of that book was the importance of fitness, as opposed to the dangers of obesity. Yet, you just know this can't be good:
