Good Grief Child, What's That on Your Head??

By Beauty18claudia @Beauty18Claudia
Good grief child, what's that on your head?? Unhappy hair faces I'm one for random titles every now and again and this one sums up this post quite nicely. A couple of posts back, I wrote that I was having my first "fancy salon" hair cut since I had shocking hair. I've never really wanted to splurge so much on just my hair alone and only got it cut for £9 every 6 months or so. Novo certainly know how to give you your money's worth. I also said I was scared about having my hair washed as it tickles. Well it didn't but I did get neck ache. I don't know if it's because I'm so tall....Anyway, I had it washed first where they used the Kerastase brand. The products smelt incredible! The girl who washed my hair was really nice and our conversation was:
Girl Would you like you're feet up? Me Erm, no I'm ok thank you Girl Back massage? Me Excuse me?!?! Girl Back massage...it's in the chair....? Me Oh ermmm... no thank you. Then it was cut where she made sure and went over my hair twice to check it was even. Got rid of all my dry split ends and even checked again once it was dry too. She used Kerastase Resistance Ciment Thermique Heat-Activated Reconstructor Milk - wow what a mouthful! Before drying it and she didn't need to use heat on it and she blow-dried it so beautifully straight. She then added Kerastase serum but I didn't see which one. Here are my before and after shots: I apologize for the boobs shots...it was the only way to show the comparison on length.
The way I described my hair to my mom was as....ermm...a nipple warmer (left) and a nipple beard (right).
Then Good grief child, what's that on your head??
Now Good grief child, what's that on your head?? All over dye - Finished look Good grief child, what's that on your head?? Good grief child, what's that on your head??
It feels so healthy and smooth now. I dyed my hair again and always go darker as I was bored of the blonde ends and wanted a change...until I get bored again. I had graduate price at £25.00 but next time I will pay £37.50. Considering everything you get included, I am happy to pay that. I also want to get a couple of the Kerastase products too. Just want to say thank you to Janine for the lovely "first salon" experience!!
So there we have it! Hope I haven't bored you too much! What do you think?
