Good Eats: Minestrone Soup

By Kels_chaz22 @kels_chaz22
Now that the new year has started and everyone is getting back into their normal routines, it's time to fight the unfortunate bulge that seems to come with the holidays. Working out is always important, but so is eating healthy! To start the year off right, I've decided to cook some of my grandmother's Minestrone Soup!! Yum! Here's how to make it yourself.
First, go through your pantry and refrigerator to find ingredients (its more fun this way, trust me). I used the ones pictured below along with some onions and carrots.  One thing that you can't fudge on is chicken broth. Make sure you have 2 big cans of chicken broth!
