Goat Cheese Logs- 3 Ways

Combine honey and chipotle chili powder. Place goat cheese on shallow plate and drizzle honey mixture over goat cheese. Combine pepitos and cilantro and pour over goat cheese. Roll goat cheese in pepitos mixture, pressing mixture into goat cheese until evenly coated.

Pesto, Pine Nuts, & Sundried Tomatoes

What You'll Need:

• 1 (8-11 oz.) package of goat cheese
• 1 tbsp pesto (use our recipe or purchase it in store)
• 1/3 cup pine (Pignoli) nuts, coarsely chopped
• 1/3 cup sundried tomatoes, coarsely chopped

Directions:

Place goat cheese on shallow plate and brush pesto over goat cheese. Combine pine nuts and tomatoes and pour over goat cheese. Roll goat cheese in pine nut mixture, pressing mixture into goat cheese until evenly coated.
