3 ripe bananas, mashed1/3 c melted vegan butter1 c sugar1.5 c flourEgg replacer for 1 egg1 tsp vanilla1 tsp baking soda 1/2 bar NibMor dark chocolate almond, broken into large chip-like piecesLoaf pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray
Preheat the oven to 350°F
Using a potato masher or fork, mash the bananas.
Mix in remaining ingredients, with the chocolate last.
Pour into a loaf pan, and bake for 1 hour.
Turn the loaf out onto a serving plate or cutting board to cool.
Slice and enjoy!
