Validation Process: 1. The prize of the player, if any, shall be determined by the following:
- The resulting pop-up message after each spin
- LOAD PANALO internal validated database logs
- Consistency of the two items above shall determine whether the player has won a prize, as well as what that prize is for each spin.
2. For the winners of the gadget prizes, winner will be asked to provide his/her complete mailing address in the pop-up message. After submission of mailing address, a LOAD PANALO representative will contact the winner within 30 working days to discuss details on how to redeem their prizes.
3. The winners will also be announced on the Winners tab of the website.
4. Latest winner will be highlighted on the winners' banner of the website.
5. Globe reserves the right to conduct further validation and verification before awarding the prize to the winner.
6. Xurpas has the right to terminate accounts and forfeit prizes of subscribers who have been proven to generate Spins or Prizes via fraudulent transactions.
Redemption Process: 1. The winners of gadget prizes must present the following when claiming their prize:
- Two (2) valid IDs with picture and address; (i.e. SSS, Driver's License, PRC Card, Company ID or passport, School ID)
- The SIM card registered to the LOAD PANALO website;
- The official registered mail sent by Digital Storm, Inc./Xurpas.
- Tax identification Number.
2. If winner cannot provide the proper requirements listed above, he/she cannot claim prize(s).
3. Prizes shall be awarded only upon completion of entire validation process, resulting in the subscriber being identified as a legitimate winner. If the winner is a minor, he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent/s or legal guardian.
4. Qualified winners must claim their prizes within sixty (60) days from receipt of notification ("Redemption Period"). If winner fails to claim the prize within the Redemption Period, the prize will be forfeited in favor of Digital Storm Inc. / Xurpas Inc. with prior DTI approval.
5. For Metro Manila winners: the prize may be claimed at the Digital Storm Inc. / Xurpas Inc. office located at 24B Trafalgar Plaza, 105 H.V. Dela Costa St., Salcedo Village, Makati City.
LOAD PANALO reserves the right to publish the name, region address and photograph of the winners. The rule is one of the conditions of participation on the Website, which allows LOAD PANALO to provide the public with proof of the prizes won by users.
As a winner of LOAD PANALO, the winner may be asked, depending on advertising needs, to take part in a photo session and a brief interview about the circumstances surrounding his/her win. The following rules apply to the photo session:
1. The face must be uncovered. LOAD PANALO may require photo ID to confirm the winner's usual appearance. If a winner refuses to comply with these rules, LOAD PANALO reserves the right to suspend payment of the prize.
The information gathered may be used to write a press release sent to the media. Winner's information, photos and videos may also appear in one LOAD PANALO's commercials, including but not limited to, television and radio, as well as on the website.
6. For provincial winners:
- Digital Storm Inc. / Xurpas shall contact the winner and make arrangements for claiming the prize.
- Winners must claim their prize at Digital Storm Inc. / Xurpas office. Transportation, board and lodging, and other expenses for claiming the prize shall be shouldered by the winner.
- The winner may send an authorized representative to claim his/her prize. The authorized representative should have a signed authorization letter from the winner, 2 valid IDs of the winner with picture, signature and address, the official notification letter and the SIM card registered to the LOAD PANALO website. The authorized representative will sign the prize release documentation in behalf of the winner.
8. All gadget prizes are transferable and convertible to cash. Should the winner choose to claim the gadget prize, standard manufacturer's warranty apply. After claiming the gadget, winners will sign an acknowledgement receipt stating that they have received the item/s in good running condition and free from defect/s.
9. Should there be any manufacturing defect/s or malfunction/s found in the item during use, for as long as such defect/s are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, the winner may return the item to Xurpas. Xurpas, on behalf of the winner, will process return or exchange of the item with the store from where the item was purchased. If the manufacturer cannot replace or repair the item, winner may opt to claim the cash equivalent of the returned prize which cash equivalent shall be paid by Xurpas, Inc.
IMPORTANT: Failure to submit any of the required proof and documentation is a ground for disqualification.
Control Measures:
1. DTI representative shall be invited to check, test, validate and verify the computer system for registration and seeding of predetermined winning transaction IDs before the start of the promo.
2. A copy of the said system shall be sealed in an envelope and signed by the DTI representative for safekeeping of Digital Storm Inc. / Xurpas for verification of DTI at anytime.
3. Seeding of non-winning and winning transaction IDs will be done during the program verification. Unique IDs will be assigned to every "Spin" of the "Prize Wheel" to completely eliminate duplication. These winning IDs containing the prizes shall be stored in a secured and robust system, free from tampering. Access to this system will be only through one programmer.
4. A printed copy of the properties of the program shall be given to the DTI representative after verification. The DTI representative shall check the database of the promo.
