How did you like the Oscars? Is it bad to say that I decided to stray away over to Downton Abbey after the Red Carpet? I did come back to check in and it was as I predicted that Bird Man would clean up. I have to say I watched Bird Man Saturday night and I still feel uncomfortable from the experience. Although, kudos to Michael Keaton it was a stellar performance. These type of artistically creative pushing the envelope films usually win even if the general public finds another film much more appealing. Anyway let's get to the important stuff! the GOWNS!
There were some lovely gown out there, but the one that I couldn't take my eye off of was Lupita Nyong'os gown! I dub her "The Girl With The Pearl"! She inspired me to delve into pearl accoutrements for the home and here is what I came up with!
