Philips SHS390 headset was bought by us back in December, 2012 from Flipkart. While V enjoys this headset and keeps it with him wherever he goes, I avoid using it and stick to my mobile's headphone (Samsung Note's). There are few things that I like - it's compact, light weight and sturdy. But I find sound of my phone's headphone better than the SHS390. Plus I am not comfortable wearing this on back of my head.
There is one thing to add that it's going to be over an year and it has never given us any problem like non-functional speaker's, broken wire etc.
If you ask me people, I'd say go for it if you prefer "lift-my-mood but don't hurt my eardrums" kind of sound.
