In our ever-expanding world of today, communication occurs across vast distances in time and space. Ideas, emotions, thoughts and information are exchanged using verbal and non-verbal signals, as well as through technological means – but how do we know that our message is being received clearly? Come learn how to develop the skills you need to successfully communicate with other.
The Mindful Tuesday workshop takes place on the fourth Tuesday of every month, offering a variety of thought-provoking psychological and wellness topics. Each workshop in this series uncovers the biology behind the psychology, and gives you practical tools to change your mind and your brain to be improve your overall well-being.
