I was at Whole Foods last night looking around for a sweet treat for Valentine's Day dessert when I stumbled on a fabulous new find ~ Cashewtopia! It is a vegan, raw, gluten-free agave gelato (and, for those of you keeping track at home, it's soy-free too!) I hear skeptics rolling their eyes...trust me...
It sounded too good to be true, so I had to pick up a pint. They had vanilla and pistachio varieties but I'm a chocolate girl at heart so I grabbed a pint and threw it in my cart. As you can likely tell from my photo, I didn't waste time finding a bowl to test this frozen dessert ~ if my son weren't a witness I might have kept on going right from the container!
I put it away and after my healthy, guilt-free, all-veggie dinner, I went back to the freezer. I grabbed a small bowl this time, and topped a single serving of the Cashewtopia with some Divvies semi-sweet chocolate chips. You just grabbed your keys to hit Whole Foods, didn't you?
