I recently had the pleasure of trying out a selection of foods from ilumi who produce a range of gluten, nut & milk free dishes.
All their meals are free of allergens & contain locally sourced ingredients....ilumi's goal is to produce delicious, colourful & wholesome meals.
I tried out their dishes for one week and can honestly say that I loved them....my delivery box contained a wide variety of their dishes, Thai, Indian, Italian, stews, soups, rices plus a choice of snacks.
The Thai dishes were the favorite in my house, they were outstanding....these were closely followed by the Indian dishes. The flavours were strong, authentic, rich & so tasty.
Everything was really well packaging but also very easy to open, no spillages or wasted food. The rice needed just a couple of minutes in a microwave oven & came out perfectly....I had my doubts about microwaving rice but seriously, this rice was really good.
ilumi have now introduced a range of Chinese dishes which I am sure will be equally as good.
All dishes are available online & ilumi are currently running a "Boost Your Energy" campaign....
7 breakfasts, 7 lunches & 7 dinners plus snacks all for £40.
Great food full of good stuff...slow cooked, filling portions, nothing nasty whatsoever.
