Five Recipes : Briochebrioche buns with creme fraicheOffer me any type of bread & I am unlikely to say no....but this past summer in France I became obsessed with brioche. All French bread is good but there's something about the lightness & sweetness of brioche that's irresistible....it reminds me of challah, another bread that I love....but whereas challah is made just with eggs, brioche is made with butter.
I found the recipe for the brioche buns made with creme fraiche on Pinterest last week & that got me hunting for more recipes. I think making any bread involves a degree of perseverance but I have no doubt it's worth it.For this week's "Five Recipes...." series, I thought I would feature brioche & I've included a few different recipes to make both buns & loaves....enjoy!PS This festive filled brioche centrepiece filled with baked Camembert looks so good!Five Recipes : Briocheraspberry swirl brioche
