All French bread is good but there's something about the lightness & sweetness of brioche that's irresistible....it reminds me of challah, another bread that I love....but whereas challah is made just with eggs, brioche is made with butter.
I found the recipe for the brioche buns made with creme fraiche on Pinterest last week & that got me hunting for more recipes.
