Hot off the heels of The Dark Knight Returns Part 1, comes the second half the acclaimed graphic novel from Frank Miller (300, Sin City). The Dark Knight Returns Part 2 continues to follow the adventures of a much older Bruce Wayne and his new partner Carrie Kelly. Superman has been given the task of taking down the Batman while The Joker has returned out of retirement himself. If this half can faithfully adapt the graphic novel like the first part did, well we’re in for a treat. Michael Emerson has taken on the voice of the Joker, while Peter Weller returns as Batman.
The Dark Knight Returns, Part 2 hits Blu-ray, DVD, and Digital Download in 2013.
