This has been a long time coming. After all the re-shoots, it seems World War Z might finally happen. The first trailer for director Marc Forster’s zombie apocalypse film World War Z has been released on the world. After the success of other Zombie themed series lately, World War Z has a lot to live up to. From the trailer it seems the zombies are going to be the uber-fast kind a la 28 Days Later.
The film stars Brad Pitt, Mireille Enos, Matthew Fox, James Badge Dale, and David Morse.
World War Z opens on June 21st, 2013.

The story revolves around United Nations employee Gerry Lane (Pitt), who traverses the world in a race against time to stop the Zombie pandemic that is toppling armies and governments and threatening to decimate humanity itself. Enos plays Gerry’s wife Karen Lane; Kertesz is his comrade in arms, Segen.
