The first official images from Sofia Coppola‘s new film, The Bling Ring, have come online. The film is about a group of teenagers that decided to rob the rich and famous between October 2008 and August 2009. Based on a true story, the hooligans robbed Paris Hilton, Orlando Bloom, and Lindsay Lohan. The cast is headlined by Emma Watson (Harry Potter) and co-stars Taissa Famiga (American Horror Story), Israel Broussard (Flipped), Katie Chang and Claire Julien. I wasn’t too excited about Somewhere and its been an awful long time since the success of Lost in Translation, but I’ll be sure to stick around to see if Sofia Coppola can capture some new magic.
