So so so so so excited!! I recently was surprised with a rad new camera thanks to my most supportive and awesome dad eva! I got the Sony Nex 5r, and I am so smitten. It’s super fancy and does all sorts of cool things, which hopefully I will learn one day… once I get over my fear of messing anything up (something that I am often prone to doing).
This weekend was it’s first time out in the real world, so we decided to put it to work and see how it handles a spur of the moment blog photo shoot. You can see for yourself, the pictures are uhhhmaze. You literally can take a picture of a crumb on the kitchen floor and it looks like art. If you are in the market for a new cam, this one is money. Highly suggested.
On our way home from my meet up with the good people at Marie Claire (again, more on that later) we stopped at the beautiful Sunset Cliffs in OB, and even though it was muggy out, we proceded to climb rocks and snap some shots. Which, mind you, was NOT an easy feat in my heels. I powered through it though… anything for a good shot I suppose.
