Weight loss
If you are looking to lose fat you have to look at your calories first. Weight loss comes when your daily caloric intake is less than what your caloric needs are for the day. Forget about these magic exercises, fad diets or foods that claim to burn fat off. Fat loss and calories go hand in hand. You need to know how many calories your body needs including calories being burnt off with exercise. You also need to know how many calories you are consuming.

Food

The types of food that you eat is important for your health. Nutrient dense foods are what you want to have in your meal plans. Nutrient dense foods have fewer calories and are loaded with micronutrients. You do not want to be filling your body with empty calories. Eat as clean as you can.

Stay away from these “magic diets” that have you not eating certain macronutrients. The body utilizes a certain amount of macronutrients to perform at its best. For better health you want to focus on the amount of macronutrients your body requires. Fueling your body with the best foods and being under your caloric budget will have you burning off the unwanted fat that you want to get rid of.

How To Be Under Your Caloric Needs

The best way to be under your caloric need is with a combination of exercise and nutrition. You want to burn off calories with exercise and be under on your calories. A good goal is to be under 500 calories a day. This will have you losing a pound a week.
