I actually haven't changed my polish much the past two weeks. Only four different looks this time around. So, without further ado, here is what I've been wearing on my nails over the last two weeks.... :)
I started last week out by trying something new! I did a chevron-esque design using a minty green from Wet 'N Wild called "I Need A Refresh-Mint" and a pink from Zoya named "Sweet." I really like the color combo and it was easier to do than I would have thought. You simply use decorative scissors to cut scotch tape and place it over your nail, painted with your first color. Remove the tape and you're done! My tape didn't remove perfectly and I didn't bother to try to make it exact, but I really liked this design and I loved the colors as well!
Next, I went with "Scouse" from Butter London. I really like "Scouse" because it's kind of a glittery blue-to-pink duochrome. It's an unusual shade and I really like it - the picture doesn't do it justice!
I pulled out my new baby bottle of Color Club polish from my June BirchBox in "Reign In Spain." I absolutely love this color! It is really bright, but still somehow muted. It's a neon pastel coral and it's beautiful! Thank you BirchBox...for a change! ;)
Finally, I have another mini bottle of polish from Color Club in "London Calling." This is from my July BirchBox and the box showed up the same day my order for the set of this collection of shades arrived. I really like the color, but I'm a bit pissed that BirchBox sent out the same thing twice in a row - though I give them minor points for it being a different shade. And I'm really irritated that I ordered the set because I was mainly after the two shades that I've now received in boxes. Just when I started warming back up to you a tiny bit BirchBox.... :) They are mini bottle though, so I may go through them quickly...but probably not! Anyway, this is a pretty neon pistachio. It's just like the prior shade in that it's quite bright, but still somehow almost subtle. The picture is actually making it appear a little brighter and deeper than it is in person. I prefer "Reign In Spain," but I really like "London Calling" too! :)
There you have the past two weeks worth of my nail choices!
