Sherry Merry Punch

Ingredients:
- 3 cups Zacapa Rum
- 1/4 cup Pinot Noir
- 1 1/2 cups Amontillado Sherry
- 1 chilled 750ML Bottle Sparkling Wine
- 1 cup Well-Chilled Sparkling Water
- 1 cup Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/4 cup Honey
Preparation:
- Combine fresh lemon juice and honey into large punch bowl or pitcher and stir until honey dissolves.
- Add in Zacapa Rum 23, pinot noir, Amontillado sherry, sparkling wine and club soda and stir gently until blended.
- Add in ice and garnish with Fruit.
- Pour into punch glasses.
Vines & Fallen Leaves Punch

Ingredients:
- 4 cups Zacapa Rum
- 1/4 cup Orange Liqueur
- 1 chilled Cup Riesling
- 1 cup Well-Chilled Sparkling Water
- Sparkling Wine
- 1/4 cup Pumpkin Spice Syrup
- 1 cup Fresh Lemon Juice
- Fresh Sage and Cinnamon for Garnish
Preparation:
- Combine fresh lemon juice and pumpkin spice syrup into large punch bowl or pitcher and stir.
- Add in Zacapa Rum 23, Orange Liqueur, riesling and sparkling water and stir gently until blended. Add Ice.
- Strain into punch glasses.
- Garnish with fresh sage and cinnamon.

Autumnal Arrival Punch

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups Zacapa Rum 23
- 2 cups Cranberry juice
- 1/2 cup Maple syrup
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Grated Nutmeg
- 8 Orange Slices and 8 Cinnamon Sticks frozen in Ice Cube for Garnish
Preparation:
- Combine Zacapa Rum 23, orange liqueur, cranberry juice, maple syrup and grated nutmeg mixing glass and stir.
- Strain contents into rocks glass over fresh ice.
- Garnish with orange slice and cinnamon stick frozen in ice cube

Zacapalypse

Ingredients:
- 2/3 oz ZACAPA™ 23 Rum
- 1/3 oz MYERS'S™ Dark Rum
- 1/3 oz CAPTAIN MORGAN™ Grapefruit Rum
- 1/3 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 1/4 oz Don's Mix (2 parts grapefruit juice to 1 part cinnamon simple syrup, or purchase premade!)
- 1/4 oz Passionfruit Puree
- 1 tsp Absinthe
- 1 dash Aromatic Bitters
- Orange slice for Garnish
Preparation:
- Combine all ingredients into a shaker
- Pour into glass over fresh ice
- Garnish with an orange slice
