As I started wearing lipstick, I understood the need of a review that tells how a lipstick lasts on the lips over the time. I felt it is not enough to mention it long-lasting or not for that matter. This is why, I dedicated the entire day to use, test, feel and finally come to a conclusion.Faces Canada says -

REVIEW OF "SCENE IT"
"Scene It", an orange shade lipstick with coral hints, is everything that you would call sexy siren. It comes in sturdy, matte black plastic tube that looks good. A few questions that I asked myself for sake of you all:This is a matte lipstick, did it smoothly glided on lips? Surprisingly, yes! Its creamy, moist texture is perfect for smooth application and highly pigmented. One swipe and you can see the shade. However, due to its soft and moist texture it tends to cake on some areas like creases. Matte lipstick means drying lipstick, is that true with this one? It moisturized my lips instantly. Surprisingly, didn't make lips dry even after hours that I have felt with other matte lipsticks. Does it last long? It lasted on me for good 4 hours and then started fading. You will see in pictures below how shade starts fading over the trial of 6 hours. Any scent? Mildly scented that does not give headache or smells like cheap perfume.
Apart from those basic pointers, I would like to add that shade looks a bit darker in the tube and a little lighter on the lips which I personally found good. This lipstick garnered many compliments to me and my husband wants me to wear it everyday. It flatters my skin-tone and this is exactly what I mentioned when I posted on Instagram.
For this price, I do feel this lipstick is a tad expensive and could be under Rs.500. But anybody would cave-in because the range has 12 matte shades and each one of them will be a hit among all ages who love matte lipsticks.

Any suggestions? Make sure your lips are perfectly scrubbed and not chapped at all. Otherwise, your lightly dry lips might look like it needs water to be alive again.

At 12.30 PM, and shades starts fading but not visible as much as...
...at 1.30 PM.
The texture fades and becomes smoother in appearance!
