Extra Virgin: Sausages with Fagioli All'uccelletta

Extra Virgin is my absolute favorite cooking show on The Cooking Channel. The recipes are fairly simple, the ingredients are fresh and the dynamic between Debbie Mazar and her husband is adorable. After watching all of the episodes, I decided to go to the website and print all of the recipes from the show…..and try them gluten free!
The first recipe on my list was the Turkey Sausage and Spicy Beans. I made it last weekend and the results were incredible. Plus…..it was so easy!!! I substituted the turkey sausage for gluten free roasted garlic chicken sausage from Trader Joe's.
