Esjan
This probably was the only day were the sky was “clear” during my short time in Iceland. This day was the only hope left to see the Northern Lights. It was the last day. But, it was too unstable and unpredictable. That’s Esjan, is north from Reykjavík, and it is not just a mountain, but a volcanic mountain range (as most mountains in Iceland). It looks so quiet, so serene, as if the stormy weather have left for good. It just felt peaceful, for a while.
