I am sure some of you may have heard of the Micro Pedi* or something similar before, it is the new thing for keeping our feet smooth and soft.
I suffer with dry skin on my feet and have to keep on top of them with exfoliating and moisturising all the time. I was so excited to give the Micro Pedi a go and see if it would be the end of my battle.
The Micro Pedi has a unique roller which spins at 360 degress at a speed of 30 times per second. The roller is kind of like a gentle sand paper texture, (this is the only way I can think of describing it) which painlessly buffs away dead and hard skin from your feet.
I use this on dry skin before I have a bath or shower. I turn the Micro Pedi on and gentle and slowly move it over the hard areas of my feet. Less pressure the better with this as if you push to hard it will turn it self of as safety precaution.
From the first use I noticed a difference in my feet. They were instantly softer and the jagged skin and hard areas were reduced. This is gentle enough to use daily but I tend to use it a few times a week to keep on top of things.
I have really noticed a diffrence in my feet whilst using this, I still have to keep up with moisturising and if I go longer than a week without using this my feet start to get the dry, hard patches back.
This does make keeping them soft a lot easier though and is a safer way to it than the traditional metal scrapers.
For me this is worth the investment, I wouldn't be without this now.
Let me know if you have tried the Micro Pedi and what you thought of it?
