Eggless Apple Pancake

By Harini
As some of you visiting this blog for a while know,I am on a constant look out for recipes that are healthy and as well as tasty for a toddler to enjoy. My daughter is a growing toddler who's taste buds seem to change ridiculously fast :)Though I pretty much feed her the food I cook every day (No special cooking for her),getting her to eat some thing solid during the afternoons is quite a task.Pancake has been in mind for quite a while now and I wanted to prepare it using wheat flour.I found this recipe in a magazine and I made few changes to avoid egg and maida and tried these out.The pancakes turned out really tasty and fluffy. My daughter and I enjoyed it hot :)Try and let me know :)
