We were recently sent some products from the Napolina range. This is a range we have used before, particularly for their pizza bases and toppings.
We were sent a jar of green pesto, a jar or red pesto and a nice big bottle of balsamic vinegar.

I am not very adventurous when it comes to using pesto. We will have it in wraps and sandwiches or as an alternative pizza topping, however, that is about it!
When we arrived back from our latest trip up to Scotland, I really didn't feel like cooking much so I mixed the green pesto in with some pasta and cooked chicken.
It was so quick and easy to make and only took 10 minutes! I wasn't sure if the Little A's would like it, however, they wolfed it down! It is definitely something I would consider making again when we need a quick meal.
There was just enough pesto in the jar to make enough for the four of us and it coated the pasta and chicken really well. The taste was lovely. I didn't really think there would be much difference between this and the supermarket brands, however, I do think you can taste the difference.

With the red pesto I reverted back to our old favourite, wraps! Wraps always go down well with both the Little A's and ourselves for lunch or tea and we love adding a bit of pesto for extra flavour (and colour!).
They were delicious! Again, I really think you could taste the difference between this and the cheaper, supermarket own brands.

With the balsamic vinegar I decided to use it in with some fried onions for the top of some tuna burgers. Once the onions were nearly fried, I threw in a good big glug of the vinegar and reduced it down until the onions were lovely and sticky.
They really were delicious and tasted really good with the burgers. The bottle I was sent will last me ages!
I also put a little of the red pesto we had left over on the buns which also went really well and added that little extra tang.

Overall we are really enjoying the Napolina range of products and I will certainly consider buying these over the supermarket brands in the future.
