Easy Easter Cards

By Mummyoftwo @RaspberryGiggle

On a Monday afternoon after school Little Mr A likes to do some crafts (don't ask why just on a Monday?!).

Last week I decided to set him a challenge to make some Easter cards, rather than just letting him loose with the craft boxes to make loads of rubbish interesting pieces!

We had some foam sheets left over from the Puppet Theatre so set about cutting out some shapes to make an Easter Chick card and an Easter Bunny card.

Once we had stuck the shapes onto the folded card, Little Mr A stuck on eyes and decorations.

They were very simply to make and I think they will make a great Easter card for some lucky family members...

Once the cards were finished Little Mr A wanted to carry on the 'Easter' theme and so I cut out an egg shape for both him and Little Miss A to decorate with stickers and crayons. They both had a great time and were very happy with their creations!

Little Mr A also created an Easter picture and an Egg character with moving arms and legs...

I can see us doing lots more Easter related crafts over the next couple of weeks!
