Every mother has a story, many moments of pure happiness and even craziness attached. While these moments are priceless and no mother would like to part, as they grow old their stories become more and more precious and important in their life. Be it the first touch of the child, the glimpse of the first smile, the heart wrenching moment when the baby has tears or even the soul warming kisses (or should i say the tiny licks) of the little one. Though these moments are common for every mother and child, the feelings the happiness and the stories always stand to be unique and that's the beauty of love!Recalling my days of being new mother I was never willing to give my baby to any outsider. They say the vibes and the touch are very important in initial days so I tried doing things all by myself mostly. I don't know if it was my delivery complication that made me so fond of my baby or its just common feeling a mother has, either ways this little one made my days just happier since he arrived.I still remember those mornings when he used to wake up early and play with my bangles. He liked the sound of it and mostly the fact that he can’t pull them out and get to his fingers I believe. One of his favorite thing to do in morning is to stretch and get into baby pose (pose where the baby lifts the legs and grabs his toes to play). I loved watching him hold his toes trying to get them into mouth (it's another story that I was too worried when he did that) and even nibble on them. And I loved kissing his tiny feet and toes. I believe he knew that, so when ever I went near him he used to put his feet to my mouth and giggle, I simply loved the idea that he understands me a bit (or at least he tries too).

One of my favorite moments happens to be the lullaby time, he used to stop his feed just to make an eye contact and smile when I used to say his name (read my previous post here, to know why). I always wondered if this little bundle of joy recognizes and understands what I am singing to him!! Whether he understood or not, every time he did that my heart skipped a beat; warmth ran through my heart and I loved him a bit more with every passing second.
Bath time is another favorite time of his; he loved the peek-a-boo and the water splashing. Less of bathing and more of play, we both always made a mess and that was okay with us too. Like they say, messiest homes have the happiest kids.Image Source - Naturalarearugs, PinterestCuddles, tickles and even the Story reading and telling were part of our favorite moments, each and everyone is favorite. These moments and many more were precious to us, for we knew he was happy and that’s all mattered to us!To sum upfull tummy + dry diaper = happy baby
happy baby + moments (with him) = Blessed Life (for mother)
