I often have difficulty going to sleep for many reasons, so when I saw the Dream Essentials Sweet Dreams Sleep Mask being offered in exchange for my review, I signed up hoping I'd find the answer to some of my problems. When the product arrived, upon inspection I found the fit to be very comfortable and it's light blocking abilities to be extremely effective, however, I'm sure this would vary based on the size & shape of any individual's head.
The Dream Essentials Sweet Dreams Sleep Mask itself is feather-light and slim-line. The molded contoured sleep mask was very comfortable without any pressure on my eyes. The mask itself has concave eye pockets to keep the sleep mask away from touching your eyes and allow for normal blinking and air circulation. The mask is constructed of a molded soft foam, surrounded by a polyester interlock fabric. I especially liked that it folds up into a complimentary 4 x 6 satin drawstring pouch with a pair of soft foam earplugs. (When I was trying this mask, I couldn't really get the earplugs to stay secure in my ears, and have since changed them out for a different pair to make the set complete.)
The Dream Essentials Sweet Dreams Sleep Mask is very flexible and robust, it conveniently folds up into the carry pouch and can be tossed into the bottom of a beach bag, purse, or briefcase for easy storage and will not lose its shape. Great value for its small price.
