Does Your Body Make You Feel “Unpretty”?

Are you a woman who want a thin, “perfect” body so that you’ll be happy and live fulfilled?  It’s not an uncommon goal, but does it work in the long run?

Truth is, you are not your body, hair, or anything else external.  The path to body confidence and happiness is loving all the parts of you.

If you need some help, ask your children, spouse, good friends, or other supportive people in your life.  They may give you feedback such as:

  • good at building others up
  • lovable
  • attractive
  • humorous
  • full of life
  • adored
  • easy to love
  • loving mother
  • dearest friend
  • spiritual
  • athletic
  • and the list goes on
