Inspired by the multi – faceted Jasmine flower, Devnaagri launched their Spring – Summer 2016 collection, MOGRA, on 5th February 2016. The new collection was previewed over wine and cheese at their flagship store in Shahpur Jat, Delhi. The collection which symbolizes a woman’s persona, Mogra is an amalgamation of pragmatism and graciousness. The fusion of floral prints and geometrics along with pastel colors reflect two sides of the woman, showing that the woman’s feminine and delicate side goes hand in hand with her straight and clear thinking.
The collection is true to its inspiration as it brings out a sense of versatility through its garments which include Kurtas with Palazzo pants, floor length Anarkalis, Lehengas and Sarees. The soft color palette brings out the playful innocence in the collection. The simple silhouettes provide a calming feel and the block printing on the Kota and Chanderi fabric adds definition to this beautiful range.
Just as the beauty of the majestic Mogra flower leaves an everlasting impact on others, this collection will do the same with its magnificent details.
