I dream of that ultimate kohl eyeliner that doesn't budge, smudge or bleed on my eyes. And to fulfill that I bought this waterproof eyeliner easily available in India in all malls and on websites.
There is a small story behind buying this eyeliner. I went to Shoppers Stop, Shipra Mall, Ghaziabad and strolling around to find the best eyeliner of "that" moment. I told myself that I going to listen to myself and not the SA. My first choice was Colorbar. I don;t know why but Colorbar counters has always drawn me and probably because they really make good products. But they are expensive like MAC or something. I feel the same about L'Oreal and some other brands. Whatever! So I really liked their eyeliner that comes with a smudger. Smudgers with eyeliner make me feel like I will go from my hooded, puffy eyes to eyes like Bretman Rock. (Check him out on IG @bretmanrock )you'll be hooked. He is so funny!! I don't get low easily but when I am, Bretman Rock is now one in the list I go to for some good laugh with tears rolling down my cheeks! Anyway! But I decided to check out Deborah Milano too. And damn you SA!! she got me. She sold me this eyeliner.
DM's 2in1 Gel Eyeliner is the one that will impress you at the mall if you used it on your skin and not your eyes. SA drew on my hand and tried to rub it off with water and cream but it didn't remove and it felt like I-just-found-my-holy-grail eyeliner. I came home with like a big smile and my high hopes were dashed. The reason is- it doesn't look that black on eyes and it budges in about 30 minutes. Good thing is it doesn't smudge but it does stain my eyelid in first 5 minutes. But it might be my eyes only! However I cannot stop thinking the faults because there are other eyeliners that work better so there has to be something.

- Fades as day progresses.
- Not intense black.
- Not worth the price (for me)
- Not so intense on waterline
- "Stays Up to 16 hours as eyeliner" claim falls flat in face.
- "Stays Up to 8 hours as kajal" fails too.
