Have you ever had a Canker Sore? Let me just say they are extremely painful. They are these open sores that reside in your mouth and string like crazy. They make it hard to eat, talk, smile, brush, etc. If you have them, then have no fear,  I am going to show you how to handle these suckers. My lips always begins to dry because of sores, I don't know why, but they do. I like using the Rosebud Salve to moisturize and protect my lips. This is my go-to lip balm that can actually moisturize my lips and keeps them moisturized, even when it fades off my lips. Another road you can go down is to use an anesthetic that numbs the sore. I personally don't like using this because when I apply it to my sore the product moves around in my mouth, numbing everything. I use the Kanka Mouth Pain Liquid, but I don't know where it is hence it not being pictured, to numb my sores. The good thing about it is that it is very strong! So basically, after using this, I can start poking the sore with a needle and I will feel no pain. This can be purchased from any drugstore. You can also get a prescription from the dentist. It numbs the sore, but it does have that tingling sensation. My most used method is Mouthwash. This will only work when there is alcohol in the mouthwash. Why alcohol? It kills the pain causing bacteria around the cut. All you have to do is swish some mouthwash in the area of your sore (hint: if you are too sensitive to the alcohol, then add a little water to dilute it ). I am going to warn you that the mouthwash burns and there will be some tears shed. It is ok, they are good tears :) The pain stops for 1+ hours, which is not bad ( fresh breath 24/7 ). I do this method again after the pain returns. Thanks for reading -XOHave you ever had a Canker Sore?Dealing with Canker SoresTwitter | Bloglovin' | Instagram | Pinterest
