Cucumber Diet (7 Days – 7 Kg Less) Unbelievable!

Cucumber diet is 1 week and consuming only cucumber in your daily diet. Diet is based on cucumber you can eat one whenever you feel hungry. Cucumber is green vegetable who can be used for some home beauty treatments and facial masks, cleaning face or acne.

This amazing vegetable  is good for your body because it purifies your organism, stimulates metabolism and cleans the intestines and digestive tract.

Cucumber diet plan for a day:

1.Breakfast:
plate cucumber salad
hard boiled eggs

2.Snack:
5 plums or 1 big apple or 1 peach (lower than 200gr)

3.Lunch:
1 piece toasted wheat bread with a bowl of cucumber salad

What you need  for cucumber salad:

400 gr of cucumber, 200ml of sour milk or yogurt your choice, salt and fresh onion

Method of  preparation:

Peel and cut the cucumber to small pieces. Add salt and mix well until the salt is completely dissolved. Add sour milk or yogurt and mix it gently and add the onion.

4.Snacks:
Cucumber shake

What you need for Cucumber Shake:

1 cucumber, 1 apple and a hand of washed spinach

Method of preparation: Put all the ingredients in blender and add some fresh ginger and mix . When done put in a glass and drink it while it is fresh.

5.Dinner:
Fruit of your choice 300 gr
