The USP of Crusty Pizza - their delicious smacking sauces that they put on their pizzas. It elevates the taste like you can't even imagine. They get all their factors right that are needed for a pizza - the crust is crispy, the cheese isn't overloaded, the toppings are flavourful and yummy, and the sauces are extraordinary.
The place soon opened their second outlet in Baani Square, and went on to take a bigger place, for dine-in, in Galleria itself. This new dine-in place is a major plus for people who don't get pizzas delivered from them and prefer eating in.
My favorite non veg pizzas are the Peri-Peri Chicken and Meat Lovers. Peri Peri has my favorite peri peri sauce, chicken chunks, bell peppers and onions. Meat Lovers is actually paradise for a non vegetarian. Ham, chicken, pepperoni, bacon, lamb and what not! All the toppings are very flavourful and make for a delicious pizza! The seafood pizza is also favoured by people but I've never tried it.
In the veg section their Paneer Tikka and Peri-Peri Veg are the most smashing pizzas! The paneer tikka chunks are as authentic as it can get.
Though the pastas are supposed to be an add-on, their Marinara and Pesto Pasta is to die for!! Very saucy, very delicious.
Their BBQ Chicken Wings is one thing I don't like, but other than that everything else is just too too good.
Coming to the desserts, they have a wide range of Gelatos. The Swiss Chocolate is my favorite. Slightly bitter and not at all overly sweet- just how I like my desserts.
The one thing they will just blow your mind away with is their Nutella Hazelnut Calzone. A deep-fried crispy calzone filled with nutella hazulnut that's sizzling hot. It is nothing short of heaven! Have it when it's absolutely hot, for that is when it tastes the best.
The drinks at the dine-in outlet of Crusty are really refreshing. I tried the Strawberry Mojito and Classic Mojito and both were really yummy.
Crusty remains my most favoured place for ordering pizzas from when in Gurgaon. I can just not wait for them to open an outlet in South Delhi soon.
